Pet Policy

Each apartment is allowed up to two pets maximum. Maple Street Lofts does not have a weight limit.  Please inquire about breed restrictions for dogs and cats. In general, only common, domestic, nonaggressive animals will be accepted.  Nonrefundable pet fee of $350 per pet and pet rent is $35/month per pet.
